Pre-waste consortium is composed by 10 partners, drawn from 9 EU member states, representing a broad spectrum of authorities and key stakeholders dealing with waste prevention and management. This provides an ideal context for exchanging experiences and good practices on waste prevention and build up a web tool for the monitoring and assessment of waste prevention actions and policies.

The Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling and sustainable Resource management (ACR+) is an international network aiming at promoting sustainable consumption of resources and management of waste through prevention at source, reuse and recycling. It is in particular in charge of coordinating the component 2 of the Pre-waste project on communication.

ORDIF is a non-profit organisation bringing together Ile-de-France public and private waste management stakeholders. It is in particular in charge of coordinating the component 4 of the Pre-waste project, related to building up shared indicators and a web tool for monitoring waste prevention policies effectiveness.

Ilfov County is located in the southern part of Romania, in the plain surrounding the capital city of Bucharest. S.P.C.I.I. ILFOV is the public cooperation department of the Ilfov County Council, in charge of managing European projects and is also involved in waste management.

Brussels Environment (IBGE-BIM) is the public administration for environment and energy of the Brussels-Capital Region in Belgium. Besides tackling waste prevention, Brussels Environment studies, monitors and manages air, water, soil, noise, as well as green areas and biodiversity within the region. It is in particular in charge of the component 3 of the Pre-waste project, related to good practices and prevention plans.
